The G100 Student Involvement Project is a flagship nationwide initiative of
Ascetic Developers Bangladesh, designed to engage students in digital entrepreneurship,
leadership development, and community-based innovation with Skill Development. The project aims to build a network of young
changemakers who will contribute to the company’s mission of promoting digital transformation and
sustainable business growth across Bangladesh.
This Initiative is collaboratively designed and supported
Ascetic Developers Bangladesh with
Ascetic IT,
Prantik BD,
a2zs.online, and
Kokho.com.— jointly working to connect education, skill development, technology, and entrepreneurship through a structured and performance-based engagement model.
Project Overview
The G100 Student Involvement Project follows the same operational structure as the
Community Buildup Project. From each Union of Bangladesh,
one student will be selected as a Union Representative, officially titled
Area Business Coordinator (Digital Platform) – ABCD.
Each selected student will act as the local representative and brand ambassador of
Ascetic Developers Bangladesh. Even if the student studies in a different district or city, they will
represent their permanent residential area (Union) in this project. Their work will primarily
take place on digital platforms, engaging in online promotion, communication, and e-commerce activities.
Leadership Structure and Progression
Every Union-level ABCD will report to the Upazila Leader of their area.
After a few months of active participation and performance assessment, the
best-performing Union-level ABCDs will be promoted to the position of
Upazila Leader.
Similarly, among all Upazila Leaders within a district, the
best-performing leader will be promoted to the position of
District Representative or District Manager. This structure ensures strong leadership,
continuous motivation, and clear opportunities for advancement based on performance.
Students who wish to apply directly as Upazila Leaders or
District Managers must first take initiative in team formation by
identifying and coordinating with potential Union-level ABCDs, in collaboration with the
Ascetic Developers Communication, HR, and Senior Management Team.
Eligibility and Participation
Students aged 18 years or older from any public or private college or university
in Bangladesh are eligible to apply. Priority consideration will be given to students from leading universities,
including Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST),
Jahangirnagar University, Rajshahi University, and
Chittagong University.
Revenue and Incentive Model
The project follows a performance-based revenue model. There is no fixed salary —
instead, each participant, including Union-level ABCDs, Upazila Leaders, and
District Managers, will earn a percentage-based commission from the verified online
sales and activities generated within their designated areas. This system ensures fairness, accountability, and
active engagement, empowering students to develop entrepreneurial and digital marketing skills while earning through
their performance.
Project Goals
The goal of the G100 Student Involvement Project is to build a network of
100 young digital leaders per district ( According to number of Unions), creating a nationwide ecosystem of student innovators
who promote Ascetic Developers’ products and services — including
IT solutions, e-commerce, online platforms and digital applications.
Through this initiative, students gain practical experience in digital entrepreneurship, communication,
and leadership, preparing them to become the next generation of professionals, innovators, and
business leaders driving Bangladesh’s digital future.
